Luggage is a necessary article for people to travel, and the luggage will inevitably collide in the use process. If the luggage has quality problems such as handle, lock, hook, ring, decorative parts, metal parts, plastic parts and other accessories damaged or falling off, resulting in wheel damage, unsmooth pull rod, box deformation, cracking and other quality problems, it will bring great inconvenience to people.  According to the regulations of QB/T4116, the luggage turns over naturally and collides with obstacles in the inner cavity of the drum as the drum rotates, thus impacting and oscillating the luggage. After a certain rotation period, the overall quality of the luggage is checked.

 

    Test method:

    1. Check the appearance quality of luggage and use steel tape to measure the length specification of luggage.

    2. According to the provisions of the standard load load into the luggage, negative important distribution evenly.

    3. Lay the processed luggage flat on the plane with no obstacles in the inner cavity of the drum, set the rotation speed of the drum to 2r/min and the rotation times to 25 turns, or set the rotation speed and rotation times as required.  Start the machine and start the test.  Pay attention to the luggage during the test. If the overall structure of the luggage is damaged or accessories are damaged or fall off during the test, the test shall be terminated immediately and records shall be made.
    4. After the experiment is finished, take out the luggage and check the overall quality of the luggage. The inspection items are as follows:

        A. Whether accessories such as handles, locks, hooks, rings, decorative parts, metal parts and plastic parts are damaged or fall off;

        B. Whether the traveling wheel, wheel axle, wheel frame and box foot fall off and crack, and whether the traveling wheel rotates flexibly;

        C. Pull rod with or without jam, pull smoothly;

        D. Whether the box is deformed or cracked.
