FFZ381 Liquid Moisture Management Tester automatically releases test fluid through dynamic simulation, simulates the instantaneous dynamic change of sweat when contacting clothes, simulates the state of human body adhering to fabric through 7 groups of gold-plated probes, and detects the dynamic transfer characteristics of moisture in all directions.
I. Absorption rate
By automatically releasing the test liquid, the moisture change state of the inner layer and the outer layer of the fabric is detected, and the moisture absorption time of the inner layer and the outer layer of the fabric is judged.
II. Unidirectional transmission performance
At the same time of detecting the absorption speed, the single-direction transmission performance of moisture from the inner layer to the outer layer of the fabric is detected.
III. Diffusion and drying speed
The diffusion speed of moisture from the inner layer to the outer layer of the fabric is detected in real time.
Uses: Based on the specific water resistance, water repellency and water absorption of fabric weave structure, including fabric geometry structure, internal structure and wicking characteristics of fabric fibers and yarns, it is used to test, evaluate and grade the dynamic liquid water transfer performance of fabric.
