APPLICATION: 

Used for testing the abrasion resistance of elastic materials such as rubber. It is applicable to two methods ( i.e. non-rotating sample and rotating sample ) for testing the abrasion resistance of vulcanized rubber by rotating roller device. The test results are expressed by the volume abrasion amount or abrasion index relative to a certain reference rubber.

STANDARDS: 

GB / T 9867 - 2008 / ISO 4649: 2002 Determination of Wear Resistance of Vulcanized or Thermoplastic Rubber ( Rotating Roller Abrasion Machine Method ).

6. The rotation speed of the clamping device is 0.8r/min ( i.e. the clamping device rotates 1r per 50r rotation of the roller )

7. The included angle between the central axis of the clamping device and the perpendicular to the rotation direction of the roller is 3°
