FY3500+ Light Fastness Tester (Xenon arc, water-cooling)

INTRODUCTION

Water-cooling Xenon arc chamber tests color fastness to light, simulated weathering and photo-aging on textiles, dyes, leathers, plastics, paints, vehicle interior parts, Geo-textiles, electrical and electronic products, colored building materials and other materials. By setting irradiance, temperature, humidity, rain and other conditions, it can test changing of material's property  such as color fading, aging, transmittance, stripping, hardening, softening, cracking and so on.

CHARACTERISTICS:
1, Suitable for high temperature, long-time running, sun exposure, climate aging test. supporting the revolution, light and dark alternation, rain and other test functions.
2, Pre-set testing standards of a variety of materials of climate resistance and light resistance, convenient for user, meanwhile with a programmable function to meet many other standards.
3, Large color touch screen for display and operation. Irradiance, temperature and humidity can be monitored online with Dynamic curve diagram. multi-point monitoring and protection achieves operation unattended.
4, A lighting system with 4500W Water-cooled long arc xenon lamp fully simulates solar spectrum.
5, Automatic light energy compensation easily makes the time as end point of test determination.
6, Provides irradiance calibrations of 2 bands(300~400nm, 420nm) and large-scale controllable technology, as the other bands can be monitored according to user’s needs, to meet the requirements of various material-aging tests.
7, Blackboard thermometer(BPT), standard blackboard thermometer(BST) and samples are tested at the same station (equidistance), truly reflecting the testing condition, real-time test data is displayed in numbers, charts, curves etc.on the touch screen.
8, Large testing capacity of one test is equivalent to seven times that of air-cooled ordinary models, with each sample clip timing independently. 
9, All sample clips are placed in parallel to the lamp without angle. The front side of each sample clip receives equal light effect. No matter which clip the sample is loaded to, the same result can be measured thus ensures the uniformity of the test results.
10, Double-loop redundancy design, multi-point monitoring, with xenon lamp self-protection system, fault prompt, self-diagnosis and alarm functions, ensuring long-time smooth running of the instrument without break.
11, Low-voltage components of the whole machine, such as: switch buttons, relays, AC contactors and others adopt German Schneider.
12, Equipped with an integrated high-frequency pulse voltage stabilized power supply and high-quality xenon lamp, and equipped with temperature and moisture dynamic balancing technology and high-quality circulating water pump.

4, Besides one standard blackboard thermometer and one ordinary blackboard thermometer in the testing cabin, 25 sample clips are placed evenly to ensure 250pcs of samples for each test
5, Effective exposure area of a single sample clip: 180mm*35mm, size of the sample clip: 210mm*45mm. All tested samples are subject to parallel illumination, with equal distance of   220mm to the lamp. 
6, Timing range and accuracy of each sample clip: 0~999 hours 59 minutes, ±1s;
